Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous barista experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent customer service skills
basic cash handling ability
willingness to work flexible shifts
adherence to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to operate coffee machines and related equipment
knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
attention to detail and ability to multitask
friendly and approachable demeanor
basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties

take customer orders and assist with menu selections
prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages
operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
ensure all drinks are prepared to company standards and customer specifications
maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
handle cashier duties, including processing payments and giving change
provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
follow health and safety guidelines and comply with sanitation standards
restock supplies and assist with inventory management
collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
promote products and upsell items to increase sales
