Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to Starbucks quality standards

Handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure store safety and security
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the customer experience
Learn and master new beverage recipes and store procedures
