Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Complete all training material to fully understand the menu and deliver excellent customer service
Be physically able to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, kneel, and climb stairs
Be capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 30 lbs such as coffee bags, milk crates, and paper goods

Job Duties

Create a warm and inclusive environment for your team and your customers
Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including latte art
Bake delicious scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries fresh daily
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards by completing delegated tasks
Have an open mind to learning new things and embracing change
Open to learning new things
