The manager will orchestrate all elements of the bar and dining floor, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and elevated guest experience. This is a full-time role offering an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in bar management or related supervisory roles such as assistant manager, team lead, or shift supervisor, enabling them to effectively lead staff members and oversee operational demands. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, creating drink menus, monitoring customer behavior and sales trends, budget management, and delegating tasks. The manager will also oversee event planning, vendor relationships, staff training, and performance evaluation. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management platforms like TOAST and OpenTable is essential. The role demands a leader who is calm under pressure, able to de-escalate conflicts, and skilled in motivating a diverse team. Job Requirements
