Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant environment
- Valid Food Handler Certification
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate busy service periods
- Good communication skills and comfort interacting with guests in a professional manner
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and rotating shifts
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods during service
- Clear and effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain tables and bar areas by clearing dishes, refilling water, and ensuring a continuous flow through all steps of service
- Identify guest needs and promptly notify servers, bartenders, or management when corrective actions are required
- Manage inventory pars for front-of-house items, including stocking beer, wine, roll-ups, and other essential supplies
- Support servers with additional duties as needed to maintain an efficient service environment
- Complete opening and closing checklists, ensuring the next shift is set up for success
- Collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and hosts to deliver best-in-class hospitality and efficient service to all guests
- Provide excellent customer service with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Keep refrigeration and storage areas clean, organized, and properly maintained
