Job Requirements

- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- prior experience in a hospitality or bar environment preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Assist bartenders and servers as directed and as needed
- ensure an ample supply of clean glassware, garnishes, and ingredients
- keep the bar and pool area clean and organized, including restocking supplies and cleaning spills
- provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and anticipating their needs
- collaborate with the bartending and serving team to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods
- follow all safety and hygiene procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
