Job Duties
- Ensure bars are fully stocked
- refill garnishes
- polish glasses
- stack napkins
- bring glassware from the dishwasher
- assist food servers in serving guests
- clear tables
- clean up spills
- retrieve supplies
- work both roles as needed
- maintain continuous customer contact
