As a Barback/Busser at LAGO, you will play a critical supporting role in the overall food and beverage operations, ensuring the bar and front-of-house (FOH) staff have the resources they need to provide an outstanding guest experience. This position requires a proactive individual who can maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area while assisting with various tasks spanning food preparation, customer interactions, and inventory management. You will be responsible for cleaning and organizing storage areas, washing and polishing glassware and silverware, bussing tables, and supporting drink service by managing stock levels efficiently. Experience in nightclub and banquet settings will help you seamlessly integrate into the fast-paced work environment, allowing you to handle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

The role demands flexibility, as shifts may vary between morning and late-night hours, including 10 AM to 6 PM, 2 PM to 12 AM, and 6 PM to 3 AM, covering every day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Compensation is competitive and includes weekly hourly pay supplemented by nightly tips, providing an opportunity to earn based on performance and dedication. Additionally, LAGO offers numerous perks such as employee discounts both on and off the clock, discounted parking, shift meals and beverages, and special discounts for friends and family nights. The supportive and family-like work environment encourages personal growth, offers room for advancement, and recognizes employees who go above and beyond in their duties.

This full-time or part-time position is open to a wide range of applicants, including those without a high school diploma or college degree, and military-experienced candidates are especially encouraged to apply. Working at LAGO not only offers practical experience in the hospitality industry but also provides a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
