The Barback/Busser role at LAGO for summer 2026 is designed to support the bar and front-of-house (FOH) team by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar environment. Starting mid-April, this position requires individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting, often found in nightclub and banquet environments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the overall guest experience by ensuring the bar area remains spotless, glassware is polished, and supplies are consistently replenished. In addition to cleaning duties, the Barback/Busser will assist with food preparation, manage inventory levels, and help process drink orders through POS systems.

This full-time or part-time position offers an engaging work schedule, with shifts that range from morning through late night (10 AM to 3 AM), catering to the busy rhythms of LAGO's diverse operating hours.
