We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Barbacks. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our bar services, helping to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests. As a Barback at The Westin, you will support bartenders by replenishing supplies, maintaining a clean and organized bar environment, and ensuring that all necessary equipment and ingredients are readily available during busy service times. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Duties

assist bartenders by ensuring they have the necessary supplies and equipment
keep bar areas fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and other essential items throughout busy periods
maintain a clean and organized bar environment, including clearing empty glasses, cleaning spills, and disposing of waste
work closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth communication and cooperation
