This role is for a Barback specifically within the concessions environment, a key position designed to support the smooth operation of bar service, ensuring that bartenders have all necessary supplies and assistance to deliver exceptional guest service. The Barback is responsible for daily stocking of bar items, replenishing ice bins, and maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar. This position demands anticipating the needs of the bartender and guests before they arise, contributing significantly to efficiency and customer satisfaction. Wearers of this role must be physically capable of handling tasks that involve lifting and transporting items, as well as performing various physical movements such as reaching, stooping, and pushing for extended periods. Job Requirements
- Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10 to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- must be able to read, speak, and write English
- ability to multitask in a fast paced team environment
- sufficient mobility for reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards
- must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- must be able to read, speak and write English language in order to communicate with guests
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- ability to work all Yankee Stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time

Job Duties
- Responsible for stocking bar items daily and filling the ice bins as needed
- anticipate needs throughout the shift
- assist in keeping all areas clean and organized
- report timely to work and prepared to start at the starting time
- know your work area and set up as directed
- abide by the operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual
- ensure prompt, quality service is provided
- perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time
