This role is integral in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence within the live event environment. As a valued team member at Live Nation, you'll engage directly with fans and artists, contributing to the success and smooth execution of live events. You will be responsible for various bar side duties at event venues, including managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with local alcohol service laws. The role demands physical stamina and flexibility as it involves lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and occasionally working late hours to support special events. Job Duties
- stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
- follow special events guidelines to ensure event success
- handle side duties including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers, including lifting/moving up to 50 lbs
- clean and assist with maintaining bar equipment
- perform opening, running, and closing side duties according to Live Nation policy
- put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
- separate glass, cardboard, and plastics per local codes
- operate trash compactor per procedures policy
- ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and Live Nation policies
- ensure that trash containers are clean, free of odor and lined
- maintain Live Nation safety and sanitation standards
- par all ice bins to the fullest levels at all times
- par all bars per venue specifications
- wash and clean all bar glassware using proper cleaning supplies and techniques
- occasionally work special events that are scheduled throughout the venue
