The role being offered is for a Barback at The BLVD, located in the iconic Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel. Situated at the prestigious intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive, this historic property has been the go-to destination for celebrities, royalty, and the international elite since its opening in 1928. As a BLVD Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the bar operates smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a passion for excellence and an enthusiastic approach to work. Your responsibilities will include managing and stocking all bar supplies such as liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware, and condiments, ensuring the bar is well-prepared for service. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the bar’s offerings and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. Reporting directly to the BLVD Restaurant General Manager, you will work closely with the bar and service team to maintain the high standards Four Seasons is known for.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in barback or related position preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Legal work authorization for the location
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Job Duties
- Request, pick, verify and put away all requisitions for liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas
- Stock the bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments
- Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar
- Ensure that the bar is stocked and all side opening and closing duties are complete
- Serve guests in a warm, accommodating and professional manner ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar areas
- Support bartenders and other team members as needed
