We are currently seeking professional and friendly individuals to join our team in the role of Barback. This position is physically demanding and essential to maintaining the efficiency and success of our bar operations during events. As a Barback at The Anthem, you will play a crucial supportive role to the bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized throughout the event. This role requires individuals who can handle physical tasks such as carrying heavy loads, maneuvering through crowded and tight spaces, and maintaining stamina during long hours on their feet. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work well both independently and as part of a team. Fridays and Saturdays are key workdays, often involving peak crowd times, so availability on these days is necessary.

The Barback will assist in setting up the bar area before events, replenishing supplies during shows, and efficiently clearing empty bottles and glassware. Communication with bartenders and other staff members is vital to anticipate needs and ensure smooth bar service. Safety and adherence to house policies are paramount to creating a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
