Job Qualifications
- Minimum one-year previous barback experience or equivalent related Tao Group Hospitality experience
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge
- Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate effectively
- Possess good positive energy throughout the day
- Ability to print legibly for team members, management, and guests to read
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to move quickly
- Ability to push and lift up to 75 pounds with or without assistance
Job Duties
- Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests in a timely manner
- Provide professional and exceptional service
- Help to ensure the delivery of all food and beverage to the guests
- Maintain general cleanliness of bar, bar area, and the entire venue
- Follow supervisor’s instructions, communicate with and support co-workers while being a team player
- Possess general knowledge of all food and beverage menus
- Comply with Department of Health and company sanitation standards
