We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barback to join Team Atlantis. The Barback role is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and elegance that our guests expect. As a Barback, you will support the food and beverage operations within various outlets including bars, lounges, and dining areas. This position requires a commitment to safety, health, and sanitation standards while creating a clean and organized environment. The Barback plays a key role in ensuring that all beverage stations are well-stocked with necessary supplies such as glassware, garnishes, and condiments. You will be responsible for verifying par levels at the start of each shift and communicating any shortages or needs to management. Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with guests, team members, and supervisors, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable service experience.

This full-time position demands an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail. A basic understanding of wine and spirits, along with general menu knowledge, will enhance your ability to support bartenders and servers effectively. Physical stamina is required as the job involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing various movements like stooping and kneeling throughout the shift.
