As a full-time operation, we are seeking passionate individuals to join us in the role of Barback-Day/Swing. This position is crucial in supporting daily operations and ensuring the bar runs efficiently during various shifts, including daytime and swing hours.
The Barback-Day/Swing role involves actively assisting bartenders in preparing and delivering high-quality service to our customers. This position plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels throughout the bar, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with team members, from bartenders to management, to uphold our standards of excellence.
The Barback must exhibit strong attention to detail as the work environment is fast-paced and requires multitasking abilities. Responsibilities include replenishing supplies such as liquor, mixers, glassware, and garnishes, as well as maintaining sanitary conditions by cleaning the bar area, counters, and floors regularly. The role also demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely lift heavy items up to 50 pounds. Additionally, flexibility in scheduling to accommodate a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential to meet the operational needs of the bar.

Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Assisting the bartenders in preparing and serving drinks to customers
- Keeping the bar area clean by wiping down counters, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash
- Restocking and organizing supplies, such as liquor, mixers, glassware, and garnishes
- Setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after each shift
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and taking orders when necessary
