As a Barback, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders during daily service, ensuring that the bar runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining overall bar cleanliness, preparing cocktail batches and ingredients, washing and organizing glassware, retrieving and managing bar stock, and assisting with opening and closing cleaning duties.
