The Barback position at Aparium is a seasonal, non-exempt role reporting directly to the Food + Beverage (F+B) Manager and working closely within a dynamic F+B team. This role is essential in supporting bar operations by managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the bar service team can operate smoothly and efficiently. The position offers an hourly pay rate of $21.30 plus tips and includes benefits such as Seattle Paid Sick and Safe Time and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in upholding the company’s values by demonstrating excellent time management, service techniques, and product knowledge tailored to a premium guest experience. In addition, the Barback will be responsible for routine stocking, ice management, keg handling, garnish preparation, and maintaining a clean bar environment.

This role requires more than just physical endurance and organizational skills; it demands a passion for hospitality, an understanding of the beverage industry including beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails, and the ability to collaborate with others in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
