The Barback - Seasonal position at Larchmont Yacht Club is a vital support role in the Club’s bar and beverage service operations. This seasonal role, available from April 1 through October 31, is offered on a full-time or part-time basis with an hourly rate starting at $19.00 per hour, non-tipped. It requires a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and major holiday weekends based on business needs. The Seasonal Barback works closely with bartenders and the broader beverage service team to ensure that bar stations are well-stocked, clean, organized, and prepared for service at all times. The position’s primary focus is supporting beverage service during busy dining periods and special events held across multiple Club venues.
