Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Meet professional appearance standards
Ability to respond to visual and oral cues
Able to work in constricting areas
Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
Ability to work fast-paced in crowded and noisy environment
Physical mobility including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance in varying work areas including confined spaces

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to operate and maintain bar equipment

Job Duties

Foster a fun environment
Be a gracious host to guests and co-workers
Promote positive community influence and participate in company events
Provide fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests, beverage servers, and bartenders
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed
Serve as an ambassador of goodwill at customer and public relations functions
Promote casino events and programs
Provide personalized service using guest names
Resolve service problems according to guidelines
Collaborate with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisors, and casino supervisors
Maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar
Stock liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, paper supplies, and sundries following storage guidelines and safety procedures
Replace empty draught beer kegs
Slice and pit fruit and fill ice bins
Operate and maintain equipment and utensils as required
Remove and dispose of debris at the bar
Maintain a clean and safe workstation
Ensure cleanliness of designated areas according to health and safety standards
