The role available is for a part-time Food and Beverage Service Expert within the W Hotels team, a non-management position that pays $18.63 per hour. This job requires dedication to creating a seamless and memorable dining experience for guests, going beyond merely serving food to offering attentive and proactive service. Service Experts take the initiative to ensure all aspects of food and beverage service are attended to, including setting tables, assisting in kitchen tasks, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations. The position involves constant movement, including standing, sitting, walking on various surfaces, lifting objects under 50 pounds without assistance, and performing physical tasks that involve bending, stretching, and twisting. This role demands adherence to Marriott International’s quality standards, safety guidelines, professional appearance, and effective communication at all times.
Applicants with food and beverage experience in restaurants, hotels, or bars are preferred, though previous similar experience is not a strict requirement.
