Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage (F+B) Manager, the Barback role at Hotel Heron is an integral part of the hospitality team, designed for individuals eager to support a dynamic and busy bar and restaurant service. This part-time, non-exempt position offers a unique opportunity to work in the historic setting of Old Town Alexandria while gaining hands-on experience and sharpening skills in the vibrant field of hospitality. As a Barback, you will play a key supportive role in ensuring seamless service flow, helping bartenders and servers by maintaining stock, cleanliness, and readiness of the bar area.
