Job Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience
- previous barbacking experience
- experience in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge
- ability to write and verbally communicate
- good positive energy throughout the day
- ability to print legibly
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to move quickly
- ability to push and lift up to 50 lbs
- willingness to work irregular shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to maintain professional appearance
- ability to work in noisy, crowded environments
- ability to handle physical demands and exposure to cleaning materials
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to handle a fast-paced and stressful environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience
- previous barbacking experience
- experience in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge
- knowledge of food and beverage menus
- ability to work as part of a team
- good verbal and written communication skills
- strong physical stamina for standing and lifting
Job Duties
- Stock and restock all bar inventories and supplies
- maintain organization and cleanliness of bar and bar area
- assist bartenders and cocktail servers with guest service
- anticipate and accommodate guest needs in a timely manner
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- comply with Department of Health and company sanitation standards
- perform opening and closing side-work related to bar setup and cleanup
