Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights
- Knowledge of basic health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Possess or be able to obtain Food Handler certification and ABLE license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and guests
- Maintain a professional appearance and personable attitude at all times
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods with frequent bending and twisting
- Must be able to attain a valid Food Handler certification and ABLE License upon hire
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintain and refine service standards consistently
- Ensure compliance with all hotel standards and local laws
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Prepare for health department and Ecosure inspections daily
- Retain and maintain knowledge of all food and beverage menu items
- Perform banquet side work including cleaning bar and beverage equipment
- Respond positively to guest complaints and ensure positive guest service
- Assist in the control of food and beverage quantities to avoid over or under preparing
- Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet bar areas
- Attend all required department trainings and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
