Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or bar environment is preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients by cutting, slicing, and peeling garnishes and fruits
- Mix juices and place all prepared supplies in designated containers
- Keep the bar stocked with glassware, ice, produce, condiments, and paper products
- Work closely with bartenders to ensure smooth bar operations
- Transport, replace, and maintain beer kegs and taps
- Assist with inventory management by retrieving orders, checking stocks, and reconciling requisitions
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage areas
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
