Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or bar environment is preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients by cutting, slicing, and peeling garnishes and fruits
  • Mix juices and place all prepared supplies in designated containers
  • Keep the bar stocked with glassware, ice, produce, condiments, and paper products
  • Work closely with bartenders to ensure smooth bar operations
  • Transport, replace, and maintain beer kegs and taps
  • Assist with inventory management by retrieving orders, checking stocks, and reconciling requisitions
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage areas
  • Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
