The position focuses on providing fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service within the entertainment and gaming setting. Employees follow established departmental and property policies to ensure exceptional guest service standards. The daily responsibilities include setting up bars for operation, cutting fruit, stocking ice, emptying garbage, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in work areas. Supporting bartenders by icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic beverages as needed is an important part of the role. Maintaining equipment and reporting any maintenance issues promptly ensures continued smooth operation.
This role also involves managing par stock levels of bar supplies, placing and delivering orders, and adhering to health and safety standards throughout the shift. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to carry, lift and move up to 50 pounds of ice, garbage and bar supplies
- Ability to lift kegs weighing approximately 200 pounds
- Ability to push or pull carts weighing over 400 pounds throughout shifts
- Strong ability to use all equipment associated with the position
- Capability to review and comprehend all necessary documentation
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Physical endurance for fast-paced work environment
- Flexibility to adhere to shift schedules and operational needs

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service
- Adhere to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards
- Set up bars for operation including cutting fruit, stocking ice, and emptying garbage
- Support bartender needs by icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic drinks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of counter areas, sinks, floors, and designated workstations to ensure safety and hygiene
- Maintain par stock levels, order bar supplies as necessary, and deliver orders
- Maintain equipment according to established guidelines and report maintenance issues
- Remove and dispose of refuse and debris in accordance with procedures, sorting bottles and cardboard for recycling
- Resolve service issues following established guidelines
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters
