A critical responsibility is accurately supplying all beverages, including beer, liquors, glassware, soaps, chemicals, silverware, and beverage utensils required for the consistent operation of the bar. Maintaining a clean and sanitary working area free of debris is essential, as is the regular replacement of empty beer kegs and bag-in-box supplies. Safety is paramount, requiring the incumbent to uphold a safe environment for both employees and guests. The role involves setting up bars with the necessary tools, ice, and supplies tailored to anticipated business levels, ensuring readiness for incoming shifts with appropriate stock levels. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and endure prolonged periods of standing or walking.
