This unique establishment aims to offer a dynamic environment where guests can indulge in a variety of culinary delights, alongside a well-curated bar experience. The venue combines a fast-paced restaurant atmosphere with the charm and warmth of uncommon hospitality, creating an energetic and welcoming space for locals and tourists alike. Parry's Pizza is backed by the reputable Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., the largest family-owned American Chinese Restaurant concept in the United States with nearly 2,800 global locations, known for fostering inclusive work environments grounded in strong family values and community engagement.

The role of a Barback at Parry's Pizza is pivotal in sustaining the smooth operation of the bar and delivering outstanding service. Candidates must be at least 21 years old with prior experience in beer and alcohol pouring and possess a TAM card prior to starting. This role demands the ability to stand for extended hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and adapt to the physical demands of a busy hospitality environment.

As part of a multi-concept venue incorporating Whataburger and Whiskey Union Bourbon Bar, employees have the chance to work in a diverse food and beverage setting that emphasizes teamwork and professional development. The Barback role provides hands-on, paid training to ensure success and offers ongoing career and leadership development, including growth opportunities into management positions. Parry's Pizza and its associated brands prioritize uncommon hospitality by encouraging team members to learn continuously, engage with guests by name, and contribute actively to a clean, welcoming environment. The company champions an inclusive workforce, providing equal employment opportunities without discrimination and accommodating applicants with disabilities.

The Barback position at Parry's Pizza is more than just a job – it is a gateway to being part of an esteemed, fast-growing hospitality brand that values employee well-being and community involvement. Employees benefit from comprehensive health care options including medical, vision, dental, and voluntary insurance products, matched 401(k) plans, paid time off with vacation and sick leave, and various employee discounts. Prospective candidates will find a supportive and engaging workplace where their contributions directly impact guest satisfaction and business success.
