Job Requirements

- 21 or older to comply with Wyoming alcohol service regulations
- previous barback, food runner, or hospitality experience preferred
- basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage terminology preferred
- familiarity with Wyoming liquor laws and safe alcohol service practices preferred
Job Duties
- keep the bar stocked and organized
- restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, napkins, ice, and other supplies throughout service
- prepare basic garnishes and assist with bar prep at the start of shifts
- maintain clean and organized storage areas and assist with inventory procedures
- wipe surfaces, clear glassware, empty trash, clean and polish glassware
- keep ice bins, bar mats, and bar tools up to health and safety standards
- assist in running drinks or food during peak periods
