The Barback role at Oak View Group is a critical support position within the live event setting, primarily focused on assisting bartenders by maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and organized bar throughout events. This individual plays an essential part in ensuring efficient beverage service by restocking supplies such as beer, liquor, wine, mixers, and ice, preparing garnishes, and removing empty containers. The position requires adherence to food safety, sanitation, and company policies to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment. In addition to restocking and cleanup duties, the Barback is responsible for setting up and breaking down bar stations before and after events, helping to remove trash, empty bottles, and used glassware promptly to support smooth operations.

Job Duties
- Restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, ice, and bar supplies
- Assist bartenders with maintaining efficient beverage service

- Refill ice bins and replenish supplies as needed
