The Barback role at Oak View Group is pivotal in supporting the beverage operations team to ensure exceptional service quality and seamless event execution. The Barback assists bartenders and beverage supervisors by preparing and maintaining fully stocked, clean, and efficient beverage service stations before, during, and after events. This role contributes significantly to the overall guest experience at banquets, restaurants, and various special events hosted within OVG-managed venues.

This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $25.00, reflecting the value placed on skilled support staff in the beverage service chain.
