Managing beer kegs and taps involves transporting, replacing, and maintaining equipment to guarantee uninterrupted service. The role also involves assisting with inventory management by retrieving orders, checking stock, and verifying deliveries. Maintaining cleanliness in the bar area, refrigerators, and storage spaces is crucial to comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, preserving the highest standards for guest and team member well-being.
