Once the Dallas National Bank, the building now stands as a cultural, shopping, and dining destination, playing a pivotal role in the renaissance of downtown Dallas since its opening in 2008. The Joule combines historic charm with modern luxury hospitality, attracting discerning guests and fostering a vibrant urban atmosphere.

The Barback role at The Joule is an integral part of the bar team, responsible for supporting the daily operations behind the bar to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. The Barback must develop comprehensive knowledge of all products served to effectively support the bartenders and respond to guest inquiries and requests. The role also involves ensuring compliance with sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies to meet regulatory standards. Attention to detail in maintaining a clean and organized bar environment is essential, as is the capacity to operate and maintain bar equipment and tools efficiently.
