The role of Barback within Legends Global is an essential position focused on supporting bartenders by ensuring that they have all necessary supplies and items required to provide exceptional guest service. This role is critical within the concessions environment, typically at events such as those held at Yankee Stadium. Barbacks are responsible for stocking bar items daily, filling ice bins, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout their work area, and anticipating staff needs throughout the shift to facilitate smooth operations. They are expected to abide by all operating standards as outlined in company policies and procedures and to perform their duties reliably and efficiently. The position demands a proactive attitude, excellent teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Employment for this position is hourly with a pay range between $15 and $18 per hour. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, capable of lifting and transporting supplies weighing between 10 and 50 pounds, and able to maintain sufficient mobility to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods. The position requires availability for all Yankee Stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Effective communication skills in English are required to interact with both coworkers and guests efficiently. Successful candidates will bring 2 to 3 years of experience working in fast-paced bars, high-end clubs, or restaurants and demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
