Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- have 2 to 3 years experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
- ability to multitask in a team environment
- be able to lift 10 to 50 pounds
- have basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- be able to communicate in English
- availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- ability to perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and pulling
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with service standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and guest relations
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English
- ability to lift and transport 10 to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- availability for extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform physical production tasks
- 2 to 3 years experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
Job Duties
- Provide supplies and assist bartenders upon request
- stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed
- anticipate needs throughout the shift
- assist in keeping all areas clean and organized
- report timely to work and be prepared to start at the scheduled time
- abide by operating standards in the policy and procedure manual
- perform other related duties as required
