The position available is integral to the smooth functioning of the bar services within the company’s various properties. The role involves supporting bar operations by restocking beverages and garnishes, maintaining cleanliness of workstations, assisting in the organization of supplies, and keeping accurate inventory records. The role also involves potentially assisting with customer service tasks under the supervision of bartenders or bar management. Employees in this role are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, handle difficult or emotional customer situations with grace, and follow all safety and security protocols strictly.
This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings as business needs dictate. A significant part of this position is adherence to prescribed policies regarding alcohol service and safety compliance, including obtaining and maintaining Alcohol Awareness Certification as required by state regulations. Employees must possess the ability to resolve problems promptly using reasoned judgment and must be punctual and reliable to meet scheduling demands.

Job Duties
- Stock the bar with drinks, garnishes, and glassware
- maintain a clean working environment
- assist bar services by organizing supplies, cleaning stations/bar-top/tables, and inventory record keeping
- may assist serving customers and guests as directed by bartenders and/or bar management
