HOB Entertainment, a specialized division of Live Nation Entertainment, operates exceptional club venues nationwide under the House of Blues brand. The Role:

As a Bar Staff member at House of Blues, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence of one of Live Nation’s premier entertainment venues. Your responsibilities will center on the upkeep, stocking, and cleanliness of the bar, ensuring a smooth workflow that enhances the overall efficiency and productivity of the bartending team. This position demands a proactive, organized individual comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will stay well-informed about the bar menu, adhere strictly to special event guidelines to guarantee event success, and perform a variety of side duties including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers. Physical tasks such as lifting or moving items up to 25 lbs will be a routine part of your role.

Maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety within the bar is critical. You will assist in cleaning and maintaining bar equipment, observe proper alcohol service regulations, and manage waste by separating recyclables in accordance with local laws. Regular opening, running, and closing duties must be performed precisely according to House of Blues policy. You will also document any maintenance issues promptly and participate actively in pre-shift meetings with the Manager on Duty to ensure cohesive team performance. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
