Deep End Restaurant, part of the JW Marriott group, is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Barback to join their hospitality team. This full-time position involves assisting bartenders in maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and organized bar environment to ensure a seamless guest experience. The Barback is responsible for opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and bar areas, stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies, and ensuring all tools and workspaces meet hygiene and safety standards. The role demands regular communication with supervisors to confirm shift completion and adherence to company policies.

As a Barback at Deep End Restaurant, you will play a vital role in supporting the bar team by removing soiled wares, cleaning and maintaining bar tops and tables, and adhering to strict safety and security procedures. The position requires a professional appearance and demeanor, recognizing the impact this role has on the guest experience. The job also requires physical ability to stand or walk extended periods during a shift while handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and navigating various surfaces and physical postures such as bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching.
