Job Description
Our establishment is a renowned series of legendary music and entertainment venues, known for delivering unforgettable experiences to guests in a dynamic, energy-filled setting. These venues are celebrated not only for their outstanding live music performances but also for their commitment to exceptional hospitality and customer service. The environment is bustling and vibrant, making every shift an exciting opportunity to contribute to a memorable night for thousands of patrons. We pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard for cleanliness, efficiency, and team collaboration to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes and on the floor.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Barback to join our energetic team. As a Barback, you play a critical behind-the-scenes role by supporting bartenders and ensuring the bar operates smoothly in a high-volume, fast-paced live music environment. Your responsibilities will include setting up, stocking, and maintaining bar work areas to maximize efficiency and productivity. This role is perfect for a fast, friendly, and focused individual who understands the importance of teamwork and the impact of delivering excellent service in an entertainment-driven setting. Beyond routine tasks, the Barback will assist with inventory management, product rotation, adhering to strict sanitation standards, and helping maintain a clean, organized bar environment. This role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with peak venue activities and events.
Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent, relevant experience in restaurant operations, and a state alcohol education card. The job demands physical resilience, including the ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs within the venue. Effective communication skills and the ability to handle intoxicated guests responsibly are essential. The right candidate will be a proactive team player, capable of thriving in a lively hospitality environment with large crowds and elevated noise levels. In return, we offer a rewarding atmosphere, supportive management, and the chance to be part of a legendary entertainment tradition.
