Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- experience in restaurant operations
- state alcohol education card required upon hire
- effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner
- able to work during peak times including evenings, weekends and holidays
- physically able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to navigate stairs within the venue
- manual dexterity to handle dishes and related tasks
Job Qualifications

- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- restock ice bins, beverages, kegs, plasticware
- keep beverage storage areas clean and organized
- assist with inventory, product rotation, and date labeling
- perform opening, running, and closing duties
- comply with weekly deep cleaning schedule
- manage trash and recycling receptacles
- attend pre-shift meetings
- stay informed of menu items and venue events
- ensure responsible alcohol service
- keep bar area clean and organized
- follow sanitation and safety procedures
- comply with company policies and brand SOPs
- report accidents or unsafe conditions
- perform other duties as assigned
