This position requires applicants to be at least 21 years of age and possess or be able to obtain the relevant gaming and alcohol service permits required in the state of Washington. Previous experience or training in bartending is preferred to provide foundational knowledge for the role. Knowledge of point of sales systems, BERG liquor dispensing technology, and health and safety regulations are also valuable for success in the position. The company's provision of employer-paid life insurance, long-term disability, accidental death benefit coverage, and flexible spending accounts for healthcare expenses further illustrates a comprehensive employee benefits package supporting the well-being of its staff.

In summary, joining Muckleshoot Casino Resort as a Barback means becoming part of a dedicated team focused on delivering premium guest experiences within an energetic and culturally rich environment. Employees enjoy competitive compensation, substantial health benefits, paid time off perks, and professional development opportunities. As a Barback, you will play a vital supporting role in the hospitality and beverage service area, contributing to the resort's outstanding reputation and ensuring guests receive exceptional service every visit.
