The resort is currently seeking a dedicated Bar Supervisor to oversee all bar operations with a focus on maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. This full-time role involves managing the setup, execution, cleanup, and accountability for all bar areas during events and daily service. The Bar Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all bars are fully stocked with necessary supplies such as glassware, sodas, juices, liquor, beer, wine, ice, and dry stock. Coordination with bartenders to maintain these supplies and the smooth functioning of all bar equipment is a crucial part of the role. Additionally, the Bar Supervisor handles the transportation and replacement of items, maintains cleanliness in bar and event spaces, and supports the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
