In addition to stocking, the role demands attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of bathrooms, bar areas, and other service points through regular maintenance and nightly cleaning duties. Practical responsibilities also include bussing tables by clearing glassware and debris throughout service and managing any tablecloth or candle replacements during service to maintain a polished atmosphere.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for stocking bars with liquor, beer, fruit, mixes, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products, replenishing paper goods at bars and server areas, stocking all supplies in the main bar before, during and after each shift including paper goods, beverages, glassware, linen, condiments, responsible for the cleanliness of bathrooms, bar and service areas through regular maintenance projects and nightly cleaning duties, assisting servers in all aspects of food service, bussing tables of glassware and debris during service and changing tablecloths and candles, efficiently navigating crowds in service areas, standing or walking during entire shift
