OTO Development is a premier hotel development and management company recognized for its outstanding contributions to the hospitality industry. With a strong presence across the United States, OTO manages a diverse portfolio that includes upscale select service, extended stay, and lifestyle hotels. Known for its dedication to operational excellence and guest satisfaction, OTO Development has received numerous accolades, including multiple Developer of the Year awards from major brand partners. The company's success is driven by a commitment to superior service, innovative management, and fostering long-term relationships within the communities where they operate.

At OTO Development, the culture is one of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Employees are valued for their contributions and are supported through professional development opportunities and comprehensive benefits packages. The company's focus on quality, both for its guests and team members, ensures a rewarding work environment that is dynamic and growth-oriented.

This role is for a Barback/Busser within one of OTO Development's managed properties. The position is integral to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency in the restaurant environment while supporting the bar and wait staff. As a Barback/Busser, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing tables between guests, assisting with keeping the restaurant clean by performing duties such as sweeping, dusting, and trash removal, and supporting bar staff by stocking liquor and maintaining inventory. You will play a key role in supporting servers with their daily tasks, promptly cleaning messes and spills to ensure a safe dining area, and helping with various other restaurant duties as needed.

This role requires a team-oriented, proactive individual who excels at multitasking and working under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service. The physical nature of the work means that standing, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods are typical, making physical stamina an important quality for the role.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $10.52 to $15.34, depending on state and market conditions, along with a robust benefits program. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan with company match, company-provided life insurance, tuition assistance, paid time off, paid holidays, and travel discounts—ensuring comprehensive support for your wellbeing and financial security. Travel requirements for this role are minimal, focusing primarily on the property and its immediate surroundings.

If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a leading company that values excellence and community, this Barback/Busser position at OTO Development offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in hotel and restaurant service while contributing to a memorable guest experience.
