  • Prior experience as a barback or bartender
  • Full availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Job Duties

  • Retrieve orders from storeroom and check stock visually to ensure order accuracy
  • Prepare the bar by cutting, slicing, and peeling garnishes and fruits, mixing and pouring juices, and storing back-up supplies
  • Assist bartenders by stocking and maintaining the bar including paper products, straws, condiments, glassware, ice and produce
  • Transport taps and replace or perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators and storage areas following company and regulatory codes
