- Prior experience as a barback or bartender
- Full availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and check stock visually to ensure order accuracy
- Prepare the bar by cutting, slicing, and peeling garnishes and fruits, mixing and pouring juices, and storing back-up supplies
- Assist bartenders by stocking and maintaining the bar including paper products, straws, condiments, glassware, ice and produce
- Transport taps and replace or perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators and storage areas following company and regulatory codes
