As part of the Food & Beverage department, the Barback/Busser position is a crucial role that supports the smooth functioning of the bars and retail food services throughout the facility. The Barback/Busser at Legends Global/Boeing Center is tasked with delivering high-quality customer service during events to ensure overall customer satisfaction. This position involves assisting with the replenishment and inventory of beverage products, maintaining stock levels, and coordinating effectively with various departments including suite staff, kitchen personnel, and the stewarding team. The individual must adhere to strict grooming and sanitation standards while supporting the bar operations to deliver fresh and quality products promptly.
Additionally, the Barback/Busser must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility, especially during nights, weekends, and holidays. The role demands physical stamina as it involves standing for long hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving throughout the facility. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must be TABC certified
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- high school education is desired
- basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures
- sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money
- basic working knowledge of bar operation
- ability to read and interpret documents
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively
- organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- work effectively under pressure
- remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- Assists and oversees all food and beverage requirements pertaining to the bars
- assists with the ordering, receiving, and inventory of all accountable items
- ensure adequate storage of product by continual supervision of stock levels
- ensure quality products are delivered in a fresh and timely manner as guided by the Bar Manager
- works in conjunction with Suite Staff, Kitchen Personnel and Stewarding department
- ensure that proper grooming and sanitation procedures are followed
- supports event schedules and assignments based on business demands
- ensure customer service complies with standards of service
- establish and maintain positive client relationships
- other duties as assigned
