Job Requirements

  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • one year full service restaurant experience required
  • Responsible Beverage Service certification required
  • ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time
  • must be able to carry trays and supplies up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and sweeping the dining areas of the bar and bar lounge
  • cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting each table and bar top for the next guest
  • taking out the garbage
  • stocking with necessary supplies
  • cleaning the bathrooms
  • anticipating guests’ and coworkers’ needs and exceeding guest service expectations
  • protecting establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
