The Barback position at The Brigantine is a vital role focused on supporting bartenders and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the bar and dining areas. Job Duties

  • Cleaning and sweeping the dining areas of the bar and bar lounge
  • cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting each table and bar top for the next guest
  • taking out the garbage
  • stocking with necessary supplies
  • cleaning the bathrooms
  • anticipating guests’ and coworkers’ needs and exceeding guest service expectations
  • protecting establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
