Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age
- one year full service restaurant experience required
- Responsible Beverage Service certification required
- ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time
- must be able to carry trays and supplies up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Cleaning and sweeping the dining areas of the bar and bar lounge
- cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting each table and bar top for the next guest
- taking out the garbage
- stocking with necessary supplies
- cleaning the bathrooms
- anticipating guests’ and coworkers’ needs and exceeding guest service expectations
- protecting establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
