Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness behind the bar and on the floor
- Collect and wash glassware
- Stock beer and change kegs according to cooler plan
- Empty trash and monitor garbage areas
- Maintain cleanliness of keg cooler and restrooms
- Clear bar top by removing empty glasses and disposing of tattered coasters
- Cut and restock garnishes throughout the night
- Check coolers stocked by staff at end of night
- Wipe down and mop bar area at end of night
- Develop product knowledge to assist guests as needed
