Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and withstand a busy work environment
- Reliable transportation or ability to commute to the workplace
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a barback or similar hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist others
Job Duties
- Efficiently clean tables and seats, replacing dirty linens
- Set up tables with fresh linens, condiments, and supplies
- Scrape, stack, and transport dirty dishes to the kitchen
- Swiftly clean up spills, broken dishes, and remove trash
- Maintain adequate supplies of clean dishes, glassware, and silverware
- Fill beverage and ice dispensers for service readiness
- Stock serving areas with condiments and replenish as needed
