Job Requirements

Must be at least twenty-one years old
prior experience as a barback or similar role preferred but not mandatory
must have valid food handlers certification
must have valid alcohol service licensing or certification
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to lift at least 15 pounds
ability to stand for prolonged periods
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
commitment to safety and compliance with regulations

Job Qualifications

At least twenty-one years old
basic knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
commitment to outstanding customer service
ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
valid food handlers certification
valid alcohol service licensing or certification
ability to learn POS software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity

Job Duties

Support bartenders by assisting in preparing and serving beverages
replenish supplies such as ice, garnishes, and glassware in a timely manner
set up and break down the bar area including cleaning and organizing
maintain cleanliness of bar counters, floors, shelves, and equipment
monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
assist in customer service by taking orders and delivering drinks
adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
