Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- one or more years of experience in a nightclub or similar environment
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Aloha system
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Utilize the Club Opening and Closing Checklists to track daily procedures
- deliver an outstanding guest experience to encourage return visits
- ensure all bar areas, wash rooms, and outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and well-stocked
- conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- assist bartenders and VIP servers with their needs, maintaining tables and bringing supplies as required
- encourage additional sales while providing excellent service
- assist with closing procedures for the bar and cocktail services
- monitor for underage drinking and report any concerns to management
- contribute to achieving a positive team atmosphere through teamwork and collaboration
- stay informed and compliant with company policies and best practices
- accurately clock in and out for each shift and adhere to break policies
- participate in mandatory staff meetings and training sessions
- report any harassment, discrimination, or safety concerns promptly to management
